
Catherine Faulk
Director – Government AffairsCatherine Faulk is a Tennessee-based legal and government affairs professional with a diverse background in both the public and private sectors, focused on legislative strategy and legal advocacy. She earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in May 2025.
Before joining The Poplar Group, Catherine held roles in both federal and state government, as well as private practice. She worked for Senator Lamar Alexander in the United States Senate, in the Office of General Counsel for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury, and for Lodestone Legal Group. Throughout her various roles, her responsibilities have included drafting legal motions, conducting in-depth legal research, lobbying the Tennessee General Assembly, and supporting statewide government relations initiatives.
As a native of Tennessee, Catherine grew up in Murfreesboro and currently resides in Nashville. In her free time, she enjoys working out, baking, and spending as much time as she can with family and friends.
